In the process of learning, our choice shifted towards natural winemaking and we decided to make terroir bio wine our ultimate goal.
To achieve this goal, we found: the Association of Organic Farmers “Elkana”, with which we began cooperation from the very beginning, as well as the company “Kartlisi”. With the help of the best specialists in this field, with love for their work, With diligence and hard work, we have ambitions to make our wine one of the best terroir bio wines not only in Georgia, but also in the world.
Georgia is the birthplace of wine, and the accumulated knowledge of our ancestors is a treasure, as well as various modern issues related to the field, which we will periodically offer.
